Our original organizing plans came to a halt when we put an offer on another home. Juliana’s team quickly reprioritized by focusing on beautifully staging our current home to sell. Their impeccable efforts resulted in multiple offers significantly ABOVE ASKING and HIGHER than the home appraised. The team then supported us in the new home by setting up the organization systems we need to calmly function on a daily basis…. I could NEVER have pulled together the organization they created in the kitchen and pantry in just 1 day which has been easy for all of us (kids included) to use and maintain!

The team is a pleasure to work with, creative, professional, efficient, and full of solutions to daily inconveniences. I credit the team for the success we had with selling our home and for quickly allowing us to feel settled in the new one! We are beyond appreciative and plan to remain active clients.

We also had them revamp our playroom, which is now more organized and fun than ever!

They were thorough, organized, and careful to check any time they weren’t sure about keep/donate/throw away decisions. It’s such an added benefit that they bring any needed supplies (at cost!), and do all the “clean up” work for you.

Words can not describe how happy we are with Serenity at Home. They are so professional. They work so efficiently. It is truly amazing what they can do in a short time. They did our basement, pantry and garage. Everything was perfect and it has helped us stay organized and has allowed us to purge more things and really know what we have. Julianna and Colleen were recommended to me by a family member who sang their praises. I am a pretty organized person and have tried to implement organizational systems in my home in the past but they never stuck. We recently moved into a new house and organizing the RIGHT way was a big focus of mine. I hired them to organize my kitchen, pantry, and my closet. They did such an incredible job I had them back to do the storage room and master bathroom. I was blown away so now they are coming to do the laundry room, garage, and mudroom. Once they put the systems in place, it really does make tidying up easier! I love that everything has a place. 10/10 would recommend them!!!!

Juliana and her assistant Amanda were absolutely wonderful to work with. After 24 years in our current home with 4 kids, full-time jobs, and the accumulation of a lot of “stuff” with little time or energy to sort through and deal with it all, I called Serenity At Home while preparing to host an event at our home and was overwhelmed with the thought of preparing for this. Together, we were able to plow through the entire basement, including the furnace room and storage areas, and bring into wonderful order everything that we wanted/needed to keep, and assisted in donating everything else that could go to a new home. We also organized the laundry room and adjacent hallway closet including a brand new closet organization system that was designed and installed during this project. Everything was sorted through, organized, and labeled including a drawer specifically designated for “pet care” and stuff for our 4 dogs! (sincerely my favorite drawer). This opened up more room and storage for me to continue on the path of preparing the rest of the areas of our home and becoming more organized, and all the progress we made together provided motivation to continue on the journey to a truly organized home. I think most helpful was their ability to assist me in determining what I wanted to keep, what is donatable, and what truly just needed to be disposed of. This can be a difficult task, and it’s hard to be objective about your own “stuff” that you’ve held onto for many years. I also appreciated their compassion and understanding of how easy it can be to get into the situation we were in and their energy and positive motivation to reach our organizational goals. I can’t wait to use them again soon (kitchen!!!).

My experience with Serenity At Home has been amazing! It is definitely one of the best investments I have ever made. So far we have purged 3 closets along with having new systems personalized and installed….and let me say it feels amazing!! So much stress has been lifted because all the clutter is gone! I reached out to Serenity At Home on behalf of my father who needed help organizing and purging clothing (he’s a big shopper). Given I’m out of state and couldn’t help, was looking for someone trustworthy that was able to help with the project sooner rather than later. Laura and Juliana reached out immediately, kept me in the loop every step of the way and I cannot express how incredible the transformation has been. These incredible, hard working entrepreneurs worked magic and in only a few days cleared out about 20+ bags of clothing and revealed a functioning closet with shoes that he couldn’t even find previously. Serenity at Home was a game changer. I’m not sure we would have ever been able to have the vision or stamina to tackle the pantry organization project we sent their way but it was an incredible decision and truly an amazing investment. They organized it in such an intuitive way that it’s stayed organized for months later and presumably always will. We had such a great experience that we gifted their services to my sister in law when they moved homes. They loved their pantry unpacking/organizing so much by Serenity at Home that they even booked additional projects! When reflecting upon the experience of working with the Serenity at Home staff I think of many things. First and foremost, how wonderful it was spending time with these people, they are truly wonderful human beings with a devoted passion for their work. Serenity at Home worked on two projects for me, a garage and closet organization. Not only did they do a better job then I could have ever done, their experience benefited me and my home greatly, but it saved me hours upon hours of my own time which I don’t have to spare. Both areas are now often commented on from friends and neighbors as a display of how organized I am. However, the way Serenity designed the spaces, it takes little effort to keep it organized. Juliana and Laura came into my home at an incredibly difficult time. We had just moved all of my dying sister-in-law’s belongings from her apartment into our home as we were caring for her full-time. I did not have the time or energy to figure out what to do with everything. My basement was completely overrun with all of her possessions. They came in and organized everything and made the space livable again while we were focused on our family. I can never thank them enough for what they did for us. And if that wasn’t enough, they came in and took care of all our holiday shopping and wrapping so that we could celebrate Christmas that year.

We called Serenity at Home to help us with getting a couple of areas of our home organized. They took our disaster of a basement storage room, added shelves and totally revamped the space so we can now see what we have. It turned out so well that we had them organize our mud room/ laundry room. They added bins and labels so that everything now has a place. I would recommend them to anyone that procrastinates getting organized or can never find the time to get it done. Great job Serenity At Home.
